Sage X3: How to Print a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the Deliveries Screen
We all know that Sage X3 is very vast and is open to customizations. This is important because business systems vary from customer to customer. The Sage X3 structure allows us consultants to create solutions to truly meet business requirements. Here is one specific example we experienced to meet the needs of one of our customers.
One of our customers wanted to print their Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the Deliveries screen in Sage X3.
There are 2 situations:

Print COA if technical sheets available

Print COA attachment if available
Print COA if technical sheets available
We found the link from the deliveries to the COA. We connected through the lot numbers of the product to Quality Control and got the COA. The link was created using Crystal Reports. The report prints all the related COA to that delivery.

The previous linking method was used to get the attachment using the code and we opened the PDF attachment from the code.
