Redmap’s decision to switch to Sage X3 is driven by a desire to reduce the escalating cost of ownership of the company’s business software and a need to provide greater systems flexibility, particularly in relation to software customisation. Highly granular reporting was also an additional factor. The company had been looking for a suitable ERP replacement for almost three years.
