Mantralogix Inc. Acquires MCS Limited

Expands local sales and support for Construction and Real Estate Firms

April 1, 2016 – Mississauga, ON – Mantralogix Inc, a highly regarded Sage software Business Partner and IT Managed Services firm headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada announced today that the company will be acquiring the customers of Marketing Computer Services (MCS) Limited of Oakville, Ontario.  MCS Ltd has been a Sage Business Partner since 1996, with an exclusive focus on the Sage Construction and Real Estate (CRE) solutions. The firm has implemented Sage construction solutions in over 1,000 customers across Canada.  MCS currently has additional locations in Calgary, Alberta and Halifax, Nova Scotia.

As part of the acquisition, current MCS President Luke Thackray will become the Managing Director for the CRE practice at Mantralogix. All MCS staff are being retained as Mantralogix team members.
