When will this issue be fixed?

What happens today?
Windows 8.1 – In order to maintain stable and secure system operation, Kaspersky Lab will implement a temporary solution for Windows 8.1, beginning the week of October 21. Administrators and end-users will be redirected when attempting an installation of Windows 8.1. Full text of redirect message is included in the full announcement.
Windows Server 2012 R2 – Users who are installing the Windows Server 2012 R2 update will not be redirected to a warning message. Kaspersky advises postponement of this update until the expected Maintenance Release to Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows in December 2013.
