How we're planning for the 2014 Fiscal Year
Well, it’s a wrap. Fiscal 2013 has officially come to an end and the Mantralogix team cannot be more excited to work with our valued customers, partners, and friends in 2014! A few weeks ago our entire team took a day to reflect and come together in planning for the 2014 Fiscal year as well as the years ahead! As Warren Buffet said “Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.” We are looking forward to sharing lots of shade with all of you for many years to come!
As many other organizations do, we used our planning day to reflect on our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (aka SWOT). Definitely our major strength is our people! We believe we have one of the most caring and committed teams out there and we are excited to continue to grow and learn and have fun together! We are also excited about sharing this learning with our customers as we continue in our role as your trusted technology partner! Another strength is our relationship with our partners, such as Sage. We continue to be impressed with Sage’s vision which is “To be recognized as the most valuable supporter of small and medium sized companies by creating freedom for them to succeed”. They will do this by ensuring platforms are available in the Cloud, providing customer flexibility in pricing models, and by investing in their partner channel, including Mantralogix! From an IT perspective, we are so pleased to partner with leading edge companies such as Microsoft, HP, and WatchGuard. Our team is very excited about bringing new and exciting solutions to your attention, when and where they are applicable.
One area that we identified that we can improve in is our ongoing customer relationships. We have great technical expertise and we bring that to bear every time we service our customers’ needs. But we have heard from our customers that they’d like to hear from us more often and not just when they call us. Customers want to know what’s new in the marketplace and what new developments they can benefit from. And we’ve listened! We are pleased to announce that effectively immediately, our Chief Operating Officer, Jess Mann will also oversee all existing customer relationships! Jess has been with Mantralogix for over 3 years and previously was a Managing Director with Scotiabank’s Wealth Management business. Jess has a passion for customer relationships and looking for value added services that specifically fit each of our customers’ needs. Over the next 3 months Jess will “be hitting the road” and personally connecting with each of our customers! And she’s ready to listen. She’s looking for your feedback and wants to know how Mantralogix can serve you better!
We’ve made a lot of changes and investments in our business – and now we are ready to leverage these to serve you even better!
