Mantralogix Announces the Arrival of their New Customer Relationship Manager Jessica Skead

Mantralogix announced today that Jessica Skead, originally of Saint John, NB, has joined the company to further enhance and develop their customer relationships. Jessica brings to Mantralogix her industry experience in helping clients gain more value from their business systems, having previously been involved with the sale and implementation of business intelligence software.

Jessica’s story of her journey to joining Mantralogix provides key insight into the values of the organization.
When Jessica decided to leave her long-term place of employment, she had many different opportunities in front of her, including one at Mantralogix. Initially, Jessica made the difficult choice of choosing an alternate company to go and work for. She quickly realized however, that while this company was experiencing exciting growth, it just wasn’t the right place for her.
For Jessica it’s not just a job – it’s not a place that she shows up to just to get a paycheck. Jessica realized that “It’s important to me to be able to leave work at the end of the day, and believe that I’ve made a difference, had an impact on moving the business forward. Working for a smaller organization like Mantralogix means this is a reality, every single day.”
Jess Mann had continued to stay in touch with Jessica and when Jessica had the courage to share a lack of satisfaction in the new job, Jess extended the invitation to take a second look at Mantralogix.
After speaking again with the team at Mantralogix Jessica made the decision to join and help create the new Customer Relationship Manager role. Jessica shared “I am excited to be working for such a strong female leader, and look forward to Jess’ mentorship!”

Jessica’s plan is to ensure this feeling of respect and value is extended to every customer.
